This year you have the amazing possibility to take part in our fantastic Leaderhip Adventure Camp. Our camp language is English only. Gain new and unique experiences together with the other German and international participants and benefit from our teamers and counsellors.

If you plan on becoming a teamer at our camps or even in any camps in Canada or the United States and if you enjoy educating yourself, this Camp is the right choice for you! It is focused on the improvement of your leadership skills and the management of groups. You are able to do and try out sports with the rest of the camp and even assist our senior teamers in camp activities. Experience Leadership Camp with your group of max. 14 youth, who will be integrated in our Adventure Camp with approximately 150 participants. Make friends and take advantage of this unique experience where you will receive a certificate of completion from our Leadership Camp program.

Experienced German and international Senior Teamers run the Leadership program. You will learn more about different ways of management and leadership, gain knowlegde of group dynamics and team building. You will assist in the organization and presentation of several Camp activities teaching you how to create and organize all programs by yourself (from mountain biking and drama to kayaking, climbing etc.)  You have the possibility to utilize your learned skills at camp, to become familiar with the programs and structures in camp and to learn through experiences how to be a good teamer and leader.

Not only do participants of Leadership Camp receive a certificate but all Leadership Camp participants can get an official life guard certificate from the German Red Cross in silver or bronze ("Rettungsschwimmerabzeichen").

After the successful participation of our Leadership Camp you can receive an invitation to become a CIT (Counsellor in training) for the following year, which means that you will get a special price when you take part in our camp the following year.
