This summer you have again the chance to join the mentoring program for youth interested in becoming a summer teamer. The program is offered to youth aged 16 to 19 years of age who can speak German and optionally English. Youth will be given individual intensive skills training in relation to communication, team building, camp activities, programming and Camp Adventure policy and procedures when needed and the CIT director will be always available for feedback about their work with the kids.

Each CIT will be assigned to a tent group of campers for the duration of their experience to help provide a practical opportunity, build relationships and to have a sense of being a summer time teamer. Most CITs will have a background and experience with a leadership program and are seeking a position with Camp Adventure or other Camps.

Dates are the same as the Adventure Camp and the Beach Camp dates. It´s always a 2 session program. A four week placement as a CIT is possible as well. All CIT applicants need to fill out the application form for Teamer which you can download in our DOWNLOAD section.

Costs of the program are only at 300 EUR for one session. If you want to join a second session the complete cost for both camps are 500 EUR.
The payment including all accomodation costs and insurance. Transportation costs are extra. Applicants need to be invited by Camp Adventure from the Leadership Program, need to have a Jugendleitercard or be certified Coach/Youth Leader from other associations.
