The „Centro Deportivo Amposta Parc“ is a big sports complex, located outside the small town Amposta, in the south of the Spanish province Tarragona. The nice location has several sports grounds with artificial and natural grass and an outdoor fitness centre. The front- and backyard is assembled with lots of basketball and volleyball courts

Especially in the hot summer months the big pool offers a pleasant opportunity to take a refreshing bath. Before lunch, which is usually taken in a little bit later in Spain, almost every day we will have a pool session. During this time cool pool games will be part of the programme, but we also will give you time just to enjoy the pool without any kind of animation.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner will lead us into the huge dining hall. The kitchen team particularly prepares mediterranean meals. After lunch we usually spend a siesta which invites you to relax or to participate in “soft activities” like board games. Poker, etc. can be played in the comfortable lounges.

Furthermore if ones it’s too hot to carry out our sports programme we can switch into the indoor hall which provides cooler temperatures and a welcome shade. But usually a fresh breeze coming from the sea creates a very welcome atmosphere.
