Bringing the kids directly to Camp: For sure you can bring your kids directly to our Camp Locations. Please consider our arrival times between 16-18h and pick up times between 8-10h. If you need directions to the site please email us and we will provide you with them.

Bus/Train Transfers: All our transfers are accompanied by our staff! Please note that 2 weeks before departure we will  provide you with all details and contact numbers. Please note that all transfers can be either bus or train and that we need a minium number of participants for them. If transfers need to be cancelled we will offer you a free cancellation or change of camps!

Airport Pick Up: At the airport our staff members will pick up your kids directly after the baggage claim at the Exit. For the return trip our staff members will for sure to check in your child and guide them to the security check point or hand  them over to a Stewardess if traveling as Unaccompanied Minor (depending on the airlines). Please consider when booking our arrival and departure times: Arrival at Airport between 14-18 h, Departure 12-16h. the shuttle will leave the airport at around 18-19h directly to the Camp and will arrive at the airport on the last day of camp, latest at 10:30h so that there is enough check-in time. Any flights, leaving or arriving at different times will have to submit extra 60 EUR per way or can even be charged the fulll costs for additional taxi drivers & staff that we would need to contract.

PLEASE NOTE: The arrival and departure times for camps in Ireland and Amposta (Spain) are different than above. Please consider the transferinformation to the particular camps.
