Arrival & Departure
All Roads Lead to Camp!
Whether by car, train, plane, or shuttle, your child will arrive safely and comfortably. We take care of everything to ensure a smooth journey!
- Self-Arrival: Simply drop off and pick up your child yourself. You’ll receive detailed directions by email six weeks before camp starts – so your trip will be stress-free.
- Shuttle Service: Since our adventure camps are often in remote locations, we gladly offer shuttle service from nearby airports and train stations.
Shuttles run only on Sundays for arrival and Saturdays for departure within set time windows. If you need a shuttle outside these times, you can book a private shuttle for an additional fee. Please contact us directly for arrangements.

Live like in a little village!
At our international holiday camp in Lower Saxony, you can choose between the tent village and adventure lodges—whatever suits your adventurous spirit!
Tent village: Six- to seven-person tents with wooden floors and lofts offer a true outdoor experience under the stars.
Adventure Lodges: Cozy cabins with four to eight beds, shelves, and seating areas. (Note: Staying in a lodge is an additional cost.)
Our accommodations are separated by gender, so girls and boys sleep in their own tents or cabins. The groups are also divided by age:
- Junior (7-12 years)
- Senior (12-15 years)
- Senior Plus (15-17 years)
Bathrooms are also separated by gender and are always nearby.
And the best part: our team leaders live right next door and are there for you 24/7!
Good to know:
For tents, you’ll need a sleeping bag and sleeping mat; for the solid accommodations, bring a fitted sheet plus either a sleeping bag or bedding, which you can also rent from us if you like.

How to get to Camp
Whether by car, train, plane, or shuttle, your child will arrive safely and comfortably. We take care of everything to ensure a smooth journey!

Self-arrival: Simply drop off and pick up your child yourself. Six weeks before camp starts, you'll receive a detailed travel guide by email — making your arrival stress-free.

Accompanied group flights: Our team members accompany all group flights, ensuring a safe arrival and smooth return. If a group flight is canceled, we’ll inform you early so you can rebook or cancel the camp stay free of charge.

Shuttle service: Since our language camps are often in remote locations, we gladly provide shuttles from nearby airports, like Barcelona.
Shuttles operate only on Sundays for arrival and Saturdays for departure within set time windows. Outside these windows, you can book a personalized shuttle for an additional fee — just contact us!

Accommodation at BISC – Our Camp Vibes by the Sea
The Barcelona International Sailing Center (BISC) offers modern and comfortable accommodation right on the Mediterranean coast. Here, you’ll enjoy not only a top-notch watersports environment but also sea-view rooms that make your time on land just as enjoyable as your adventures on the water.
You’ll stay in shared rooms with up to 10 campers, separated by gender. Bathrooms are located on the corridors.
Our team leaders live right next door, in rooms among the campers. This way, they’re available around the clock to help with any questions or concerns and to make sure you feel at home.
