Englisch TOEFL®
The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL®) is the most widely accepted language test worldwide for academic and school-level English. At the end of the course, after taking the exam, you’ll receive a certificate that confirms your language skills according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages — without any pressure, as you cannot fail. The test simply determines your current language level. This certification is highly valuable, for example, to prove your English proficiency for international exchange programs.
The TOEFL® course is offered only with two-week language courses and includes, in addition to the regular 40 English lessons, 10 extra lessons focused on exam preparation. These extra sessions concentrate on grammar, text analysis, and listening comprehension, and include a practice test to help you approach the exam with confidence and ease.

At our international holiday camp in Lower Saxony, you can choose between the tent village and Adventure Lodges—depending on your sense of adventure!
Tent Village: Six- to seven-person tents with wooden floors and lofts offer a true outdoor experience under the stars.
Adventure Lodges: Cozy cabins with four to eight beds, shelves, and seating areas. (Note: Staying in a lodge is charged separately.)
Our accommodations are separated by gender, so girls and boys sleep in their own tents or cabins. The groups are also divided by age:
- Junior (7-12 years)
- Senior (12-15 years)
- Senior Plus (15-17 years)
The washrooms are also gender-separated and always nearby.

- Self-arrival: Simply drop off and pick up your child yourself. Detailed directions will be sent to you by email 6 weeks before camp starts—so nothing stands in the way of a relaxed arrival.
- Shuttle service: Since our adventure camps are often in remote areas, we gladly provide shuttles from nearby airports (Munich) and train stations (Plattling).
Shuttles run only on Sundays for arrival and Saturdays for departure within set time windows. Outside these times, you can book a private shuttle for an extra fee. Please contact us for individual arrangements.

Our English Classic program is designed for one week—perfect to improve your English with native-speaking coaches while enjoying the international camp vibes right in the heart of Barcelona!
All dates and prices can be found in the booking section. English Classic is already pre-selected for you—just add your details to complete your booking.
Special Bonus: At our Barcelona camp, you can choose an afternoon activity alongside your morning English lessons. Options include football or watersports like sailing and surfing—professionally supervised and of a high standard. The best part? You’ll be part of a bilingual camp (English/Spanish) and naturally use the languages throughout your day.
Or simply stay for two weeks and combine multiple profiles for your very own camp adventure!

Accommodation at BISC – Our Camp Vibes by the Sea
The Barcelona International Sailing Center (BISC) offers modern and comfortable accommodation right on the Mediterranean coast. Here, you’ll enjoy not only a top-class watersports environment but also rooms with sea views that make your time on land as pleasant as your adventures on the water.
You’ll stay in shared rooms for up to 10 people, separated by gender. Bathrooms are located along the corridors.
Our counselors live right next door, in rooms between those of the participants. This way, they’re available around the clock to help with questions or concerns and ensure you feel comfortable.
English Classic – Your Language Program with Fun & Success!
In our English Classic courses, you’ll learn English relaxed and practical—with games, projects, and topics that truly suit you. Vocabulary lists and grammar rules? Those take a backseat. Instead, it’s all about understanding, speaking, and having fun—even beyond the classroom!
Our native English-speaking counselors guide you through learning, help you speak more confidently, and improve your pronunciation. Along the way, you develop a natural feel for the language—and bring new confidence back to school.
Here’s what to expect:
- 20 interactive lessons of 45 minutes each per week
- Lessons with real native speakers
- Creative methods instead of dry grammar
- English as the camp language—even during sports and leisure

This way, you naturally immerse yourself in two languages—whether during sports, around the campfire, or just chatting. Our counselor-to-camper ratio ranges from 1:7 to 1:10.

At the BISC Restaurant (Barcelona International Sailing Center), you’ll enjoy a varied and balanced menu every day—prepared with fresh, local ingredients and always with respect for the environment.
