Arrival & Departure
All roads lead to camp!
Whether by car, train, plane, or shuttle – your child will travel safely and comfortably. We’ll make sure everything runs smoothly!
Self-arrival: Simply drop off and pick up your child yourself. You’ll receive a detailed travel guide 6 weeks before the start of camp via email – so nothing will stand in the way of a relaxed arrival.
Shuttle service: Since our adventure camps are usually located in remote areas, we’re happy to provide shuttle service from nearby airports and train stations.
The shuttles run only on Sundays for arrivals and Saturdays for departures within specified time slots. On these days, outside the scheduled time frames, you can book an individual shuttle for an additional fee. Please contact us for personalized arrangements.

Live like in a small village!
In our international holiday camp in Lower Saxony, you can choose between the Tent Village and the Adventure Lodges – depending on your spirit of adventure!
Tent Village: Six- to seven-person tents with wooden floors and a loft provide a true outdoor experience under the stars.
Adventure Lodges: Cozy cabins with four to eight beds, shelves, and seating areas. (Note: The cabin stay is charged separately.)
Our accommodations are gender-separated, so girls and boys sleep in their own tents or cabins. The groups are also divided by age groups:
- Junior (7-12 years)
- Senior (12-15 years)
- Senior Plus (15-17 years)
The washrooms are also gender-separated and always nearby.
And the best part: Our team members live right next door and are available for you around the clock!
Good to know:
For the tents, you'll need a sleeping bag and sleeping mat; for the fixed accommodations, you'll need a fitted sheet with a sleeping bag or bed linen, which you can rent if needed.

In our international holiday camp in Bavaria, you can choose how you want to sleep: in a Tent Village, Tiny Houses at the campsite, or log cabins & multi-bed rooms at the BLSV facility – whatever suits your adventurous spirit!
Tent Village – For those who love the real camp experience!
Here, you’ll sleep in six- to seven-person tents with wooden floors and a loft.
Tiny Houses & Cabins – Cozy & Practical!
Each tiny house or cabin offers bunk beds, small wardrobes, and a small table – space for up to 6 campers.
Log Cabins & Multi-Bed Rooms at the BLSV Sports Camp
Modern two- to six-bed rooms with bunk beds or spacious log cabins with their own bathrooms and lounges – perfect for groups of up to 12 campers!
The accommodations are separated by gender and age groups (Junior 7–12 & Senior 12–16 years). Our team members live right next door and are available to you around the clock!
The washrooms are also separated by gender and always nearby.
Good to know:

Getting to Camp – Arrival and Pick-Up Explained
You’ll personally bring your kids to camp, have a chance to check out the site, and pick them up once their adventure is over.
All important arrival and departure details will be provided with your booking confirmation.
Arrival is possible between 4 and 6 PM, and departure between 10 AM and 12 PM.
✈️ Düsseldorf Airport Transfer:
We’ll pick up your child directly from Düsseldorf Airport (arrival between 10 AM and 3 PM) and bring them back in time for their departure (flight between 12 PM and 4 PM).
Cost: €85 per one-way trip.
