Escape your everyday life and get on your bike: the Mountain Bike profile at the Adventure & Language Camp is perfect for anyone who wants to spend their holidays actively, outdoors and boost their skills. Surrounded by the natural beauty of the Bavarian Forest near Sportcamp Regen, you’ll experience varied trails and plenty of fun.
On four mornings per week, intensive mountain biking sessions are on the programme. Guided by experienced trainers, you will work on riding technique, balance, braking, cornering and safe off-road riding – always adapted to your age and ability level. Whether you are experiencing your first off-road experience or already confident on the bike, everyone is supported individually and challenged at just the right level.
A special highlight is the shared trip to the Geisskopf Bikepark, where you can put what you have learnt into practice straight away on a variety of trails. Beyond biking, you are fully immersed in the Adventure & Language Camp experience, with international camp vibes, team activities, a varied leisure programme and lots of time outdoors with new friends.

Arrival and departure
To ensure your camp adventure starts stress-free, you can choose from several arrival options. All options can be booked flexibly and tailored to your needs. You will find all details on arrival and departure options in the booking system and your travel documents.

Please note: The shuttle service is only available for camps starting on Sundays. Camps starting on Saturdays require self-arrival and self-departure.
Cabins, tiny houses and shared rooms at BLSV Sportcamp Regen
Depending on availability and age group, you will stay in modern rooms with 2 to 6 beds and bunk beds with shared bathrooms, spacious log cabins with up to 12 beds and private bathrooms, or cosy tiny houses with four beds each. All accommodation options offer a relaxing retreat after active camp days and plenty of space to unwind together.
Accommodation is organised by age and gender (Junior 7–12 years & Senior 12–16 years) so that you always feel comfortable and well looked after. Our camp leaders live close by and are available around the clock – whether you have a question, need help or just want someone to chat to.
Bathrooms are also separated by gender and are always easy to reach, keeping everything simple, organised and exactly how a relaxed and safe camp week should be.
At the Adventure & Language Camp Regen, every day offers the perfect mix of action, nature and real camp feeling in the Bavarian Forest. You will start the day with shared morning activities that wake you up, boost your energy and create a great atmosphere across the camp.
On four mornings per week, your Mountain Bike profile is firmly integrated into daily camp life. Together with experienced guides, you will refine your riding technique, take part in age-appropriate trail rides and develop your skills step by step. Whether you are new to mountain biking or already experienced, the focus is always on movement, safety and maximum riding fun.
The absolute highlight of the week is a shared day at Geisskopf Bikepark, where you can directly apply what you have learnt on varied trails.
Together with your camp friends, you will motivate each other, gain new confidence and take your skills to the next level. The area around the camp offers ideal conditions with short distances, diverse trails and plenty of variety.
After lunch and a short siesta, you will dive into the regular camp programme. Expect exciting afternoons filled with sports, outdoor games, creative activities and team challenges – always outdoors, always together and always varied.
In the evenings, our evening activities create real camp highlight moments: campfires, games, challenges, shows or disco – every day ends with shared experiences that bring everyone together and stay in your memory for a long time.
Want even more camp, more action and more time with your new friends? Simply add a second camp week. With the additional bridge night, you will stay at camp over the weekend and take part in the weekend programme as well – for example a group hike or exciting trips to Munich or Bayern Park – making the most of your camp experience.
Meals – fuel for your camp adventure
Great food is an essential part of a great camp experience. You will enjoy three meals a day – freshly prepared, varied and genuinely delicious. Whether vegetarian, gluten-free or lactose-free, we can cater for almost any dietary requirement with advance notice.
The day starts with a generous breakfast buffet with fresh rolls, cold cuts, fruit, cereals, juices and tea – perfect for powering up for the day ahead. Lunch and dinner usually include warm meals, complemented by a colourful salad buffet.
In between, you can refuel at any time with fresh fruit, an afternoon snack and plenty of water – just what you need after sports, profile sessions and outdoor activities.
And the best part: all meals are freshly prepared every day. No convenience food, no instant soups – just honest, tasty meals that keep you full and energised for all your adventures.
At camp, you are never on your own. Our experienced camp leaders support you around the clock, provide structure and create a positive atmosphere. They are always approachable – whether you have a question, need help or simply want someone to talk to. Every participant is assigned a dedicated contact person within the team, so you always know who to turn to.
What makes our team special is its international composition. Our camp leaders come from different countries and bring real camp spirit with them. English naturally becomes part of everyday life – without classroom pressure or exams. You use the language during sports, free time, group activities or around the campfire in the evening and improve automatically.
Thanks to a very high supervision ratio of approximately 1:7 to 1:10, there is plenty of time for individual support. All camp leaders are carefully selected, thoroughly trained and work according to our own safeguarding and supervision concept. Of course, all hold current enhanced background checks.
Our camps are more than just a holiday programme. You build self-confidence, take responsibility and learn to navigate new situations with confidence. Living together in an international group encourages openness, consideration and cultural understanding. At the same time, you spend plenty of time outdoors, experience nature consciously and develop an appreciation for its value. Friendships formed here often last long beyond the summer.
