How to get to camp
This is how your child gets safely to camp!
Whether by car, train, plane, or our camp shuttle – the journey to camp is safe and stress-free. We make sure everything is well organized.
Self-arrival:
Would you like to drop off and pick up your child yourself? No problem. About six weeks before camp starts, you’ll receive detailed arrival instructions by email – for a smooth and well-planned arrival.
Shuttle service:
Since our camps are often located in remote natural areas, we offer a comfortable shuttle service from nearby train stations and airports.
Our shuttles run on fixed schedules: Sundays for arrival and Saturdays for departure. If arrival or departure outside these time windows is necessary, we can also arrange an individual shuttle transfer for an additional fee. Just contact us directly.

Small mishaps or unexpected events can always happen – with our insurance package, you’re well prepared and fully covered throughout the entire trip.
The Camp Adventure insurance package at a glance:
- Includes liability, accident, and international health insurance
- Covers medical emergencies, doctor visits, and accidents
- Protection against property damage
- Price: from €45 per person/trip
- Validity: from arrival until departure
- Only valid for trips abroad
- Important: Without proper insurance coverage, medical treatment costs must be paid out of pocket. We also recommend bringing €500 in cash or a credit card as a safety reserve. Participants from non-EU countries must provide proof of insurance before departure.
Camp Adventure cancellation guarantee
Whether it's illness, homesickness, or school obligations – if you end up not being able to join the trip, our cancellation guarantee protects you from high cancellation fees.
- Refund of the Camp Adventure trip price (minus deductible)
- Valid until one day before the trip starts
- Applies regardless of the reason for cancellation: illness, exams, or personal reasons
- Price: €45 (for 1 week) / €85 (for multi-week stays)
- Deductible: €50 (Germany), €100 (England/Spain)

Live Like in a Small Village!
At our international holiday camp in Lower Saxony, you can choose between the tent village and adventure lodges — all depending on your sense of adventure!
Tent Village: Six- to seven-person tents with wooden floors and lofts offer true outdoor vibes under the stars.
Adventure Lodges: Cozy cabins with four to eight beds, shelving, and seating areas. (Note: Staying in a lodge is an additional cost.)
Our accommodations are separated by gender, so girls and boys sleep in their own tents or cabins. We also divide by age groups:
- Junior (7-12 years)
- Senior (12-15 years)
- Senior Plus (15-17 years)
Washrooms are also gender-separated and always nearby.
And the best part: Our team leaders live right next door and are available around the clock!
Good to know:
For the tents, you’ll need a sleeping bag & sleeping mat; for solid accommodations, bring a fitted sheet with a sleeping bag or bedding — which you can rent if you wish.

At our Basic Soccer Camp, you’ll train in small groups with the dedicated coaches of the Camp Adventure Academy. The sessions are age-appropriate and designed for everyone who wants to develop their soccer skills – whether you’re just getting started or already have some playing experience.
The focus is on enjoying the game, building strong fundamentals, and learning together on the pitch. With varied drills, lots of ball contact, and exciting game formats, you’ll improve step by step – no pressure, just positive team spirit.
What to expect:
- Varied technique training: passing, dribbling, ball control & shooting
- Playful exercises and small-sided games to develop game understanding
- Matches, mini tournaments & plenty of team spirit
After your booked activity, the day really begins! Our team from Canada, the USA & England brings true camp spirit — full of action, adventure, and fun. English flows naturally into daily life — during sports, creative projects, or relaxing evenings by the campfire.

Your day starts with a hearty breakfast buffet: fresh rolls, cold cuts, fruit, muesli, juices, and tea. At lunch and dinner, you’ll usually enjoy hot meals and a colorful salad bar. In between, you can refuel with fresh fruit, an afternoon snack, and plenty of water – perfect for all your adventures!
