Our Adventure Camp is located almost in the middle between Nuremberg and Munich in beautiful Bavaria.

Get back to nature with Camp Adventure! For several years we have been running an Adventure Camp for children and youth from all over the world on the edge of the Bavarian town, Neuburg an der Donau. The campsite set in the middle of the forest, is used exclusively by us and can only be reached via a narrow woodland path. The unspoiled natural landscape and small nearby fishing ponds lend this camp a particular charm. We have also added some great recreational facilities to the site, such as a high ropes course with Flying Fox and Giant Swing, as well as a cosy campfire area and we are well equipped for a great variety of outdoor activities, from climbing to canoeing. Your adventure holiday will undoubtedly be something special!

Our campsite is made up of several tent villages and, like the daily program, these are divided into Junior (7 to 12 years) and Senior (12 to 16 years) groups. Our spacious tents have a wooden floor and sleeping platform and can each accommodate six or seven campers. Snuggled up with a camping mat and sleeping bag, campers can sleep in comfort after a busy day of activities. You will have to do without a wardrobe or bedside table, but adventurers don’t need one anyway!

Toilets and showers are located on site and are simple and functional – perfectly adequate for a true adventure holiday. There is also a separate First Aid tent, where any sick children can get some peace and quiet while their teamer takes care of them. An open, covered area serves as our dining room, where we eat all of our communal meals and we also have a hut onsite where we can do “dry” activities in case of bad weather. If there is a major storm, we spend the night in a nearby sports hall in town.

The daily Clean Up is an important part of camp life. We all play a part in keeping our campsite clean, from duties such as clearing the table and doing the washing up, to cleaning washrooms and tidying your own tent. It is all of our responsibility to make sure that each person feels comfortable in their camp surroundings.

Free Time Activities & Excursions

Our camp is the perfect place to try out some fun, new outdoor activities. Hop into a canoe or kayak, scale the climbing wall or get creative – children and youth from a multitude of countries all come together to share in the same Camp spirit.

The list of leisure activities on offer is very long. From archery, climbing, mountain biking, football, baseball, volleyball, street hockey, frisbee, crazy golf, table tennis, aerobics, self defence and fitness, all the way to creative offerings such as Bob the Builder, guitar playing, theatre, dance, acrobatics and MasterChef, you can find everything you could think of in Neuburg. We often spend afternoons at our own swimming spot, Joshofen Lake, where we can take a dip, go kayaking or try out some aqua fitness. For the real adventurers, the high ropes course is the place to be. Fly through the air on the Flying Fox, Giant Swing and zipline, then reach the top of the climbing tree and giant ladder with your campmates – it certainly requires some bravery, but it is so much fun! You might only get a few metres off the ground the first time you try, but by the end of the week you will be able to make it to the summit, high up in the tree tops. There is plenty going on in the evenings too. Our legendary Camp Olympiadas are always a highlight, along with the Discos and evenings spent together around the camp fire.

On Wednesdays, everyone heads into the historical town of Neuburg an der Donau, known for its magnificent castle. After a group wander through the town, there is of course time to pick up a souvenir or two. If the weather is kind to us, we always like to cool off by taking a dip in the local open air swimming pool.

The weekend hike remains a particular highlight for campers staying for two weeks. Navigate through fields and forest, set up camp in the wild and cook your own dinner, before settling down to sleep under the stars.

Creative, Sports & Adventure

The Creative, Sports & Adventure Camp is the right place for those who want to experience exciting things and want to enjoy creative, sporty and/or adventurous activities. Everyone chooses the program they like according to their personal taste and interests: sometimes spontaneously, when it comes to interesting workshops, funny games in between or a few hours at the lake, but also over several days, when we dive into our project worlds and start activities together.

GEOlino (only available in german language)

The GEOlino profile is exactly the right offer for all inquisitive and curious boys and girls who enjoy researching and discovering.
The children research like real GEOlino editors in the reporter school, learn in the photo school how to shoot the optimal picture and have fun with sports and games. In the experimental workshop, they can use the simplest means to identify scientific relationships.

First Aid for Kids

Everyday heroes wanted! Imagine, you just go shopping or play at the playground... and then you meet a person who needs help. That can happen all the time - we want to prepare you for this case! With a decent dose of fun and variety but also with the necessary seriousness, we want to show you how to easily solve first aid situations with simple methods. Starting with various plaster techniques up to your own “camp ambulance driver's license. At the end of the week, the highlight of the profile is waiting for you: a race in which you first have to find the victim, collect your material from the heights of the camp and finally get your first aid certificate with a final challenge. After your week at the camp you are well prepared to become an everyday hero, because saving lives is in!

7-12 years & 12-16 years

For all those who are excited about nature and like the idea of a night spent under the stars, this is the profile to choose! From lighting fires and building shelters to crossing rivers, there is lots to learn and discover. A real challenge and the ultimate outdoor experience!

12-16 years

Wanted: Heroes of the water! You can see them almost everywhere where you can find water... at the pool, on high seats at the beach or even on boats at the edge of non-swimmers areas - the lifeguards. Mostly unnoticed, they provide us with security and in emergencies they react quickly and sometimes even save lives - real everyday heroes! If you join the program successfully, you can call yourself lifeguard as well! We offer you the opportunity to do the official lifeguard certificate during your stay with us. Of course, the fun will not be less, because in addition to the two afternoons and an evening in the pool you have plenty of time to participate in all other camp activities.
Together with the “Wasserwacht” of the Bavarian Red Cross in Neuburg, you will be well prepared for the exam - and if you will be successful you can call yourself lifeguard (the bronze and the silver badges are possible). So, pack your swimming clothes and get this really cool life skill during the camp! For more detailed information on the requirements just take a look at

15-17 years

Our Leadership Program is designed to give 15 to 17 year olds the chance to push themselves and discover their own abilities. Through physical and mental challenges, they will work out which qualities make a good leader and come to be familiar with the motto "You can do more than you think".
The aim of the Leadership Program is to show young people that they have more to offer than they might have thought. Each day, they are presented with new challenges for them to assess and take on as a team. Participants decide whether to tackle the latest challenge and also participate in ongoing feedback sessions, allowing them to improve their decision making skills. This program will certainly put them to the test and is a great opportunity for personal development, as they leave their mental and physical comfort zones. Their organizational skills will also be developed, as they help teamer staff to prepare certain aspects of the program for other campers and even have the chance to lead activities themselves.
One particular challenge is the 72 hour hike, organized and completed by the Leadership group. As a team, the campers have to use a map and compass to independently navigate the local countryside. Our teamers do of course keep an eye in the background, but only step in when absolutely necessary.
These leadership challenges are not the only focus though – camp fun is of course at the heart of the program. Adventure sports like the high ropes course, water sports such as canoeing and kayaking and many other great activities are also a key part of your time in Neuburg.
Upon successful completion of the program, all participants receive a Leadership Award and a First Aid Certificate. The program is carried out in English and so participants should have fairly strong language skills.

"The function of leadership is to produce more leaders, not more followers."  Ralph Nader

Morning Sports

This is voluntary. From chasing frogs to jogging, yoga or fitness every morning we will have different programs for our early birds to choose from.

Our breakfast always includes fresh bread and rolls as well as various cold meats, cheeses and spreads (jam, honey, chocolaty spreads etc.). There will also be a rich selection of cereals and fruits. Of course drinks are included.

Clean Up

Now we will take some time to keep our camp and sanitary area tidy and clean. Communal service such as doing dishes, cleaning the kitchen or tidying up your own tent are part of the daily structure, so that everybody feels comfortable at camp.

In the beginning of the week you choose four projects in which you want to participate every morning and afternoon during the week. The first and second course you will join in the first week, the third and fourth course in the second week.

Lunch is composed of a warm meal and a salad bar. Plenty of water is always served with meals and you will dine together with your Teamer (we always provide vegetarian/pork-free menu options).

Chill out on your own, in the community room or on the comfortable wooden benches outside. For sure you can take a little nap, read a book, write a letter or chat with others. Your Teamer will be with you and of course be willing to play board or card games. This way, you will get some time to relax and recharge your "batteries" for the rest of the day.

Whether you want to chill out while drawing and writing a letter or play more active sports, you will have the chance to choose from various options.

Here you have the chance to try many great sports ranging from classic to modern as well as creative and adventurous activities. Every day you can choose which one you would like to participate in.

We are self-catering and prepare delicious food either in the cooking courses or a tent-group cooks together with their tent Teamer (we always provide vegetarian/pork-free menu options).

Evening program

The evening program is variable and depends on weather and the fitness of the group. Camp group games with all kids, or our famous 'Special Nights'- anything is possible. These activities will always take place with all kids together – also the two-week participants – so we try to build up a varied program.

Bed time

We want all our kids to get enough rest and sleep. Therefore our Teamers will bring them to bed with our very special Camp Adventure routine. The kids will get the chance to reflect on the day and then slowly doze off while listening to music or a bed time story.

Arrival & Departure Services
  • Airport Transfer

You can choose between our collective transfer for € 60 one way and a private shuttle for € 350 one way.

    Collective Transfer

This shuttle is not a private, but a collective transfer. This means: first all children are picked up from their gates and then brought to the camp together.
Our team will be at the airport from 10 am and will collect all arriving children. For parents who accompany their children to Munich Airport themselves, we offer a central meeting point at McDonald's Restaurant at Munich Airport. Since all children are picked up first and we then go to the camp together, waiting times may occur. Depending on the number of participants, the transfer can take place by bus, train or car. The shuttle leaves the airport at 5 pm with all children and carers in the direction of the camp.
All flights arriving later than 4 pm can no longer be considered for this transfer. In this case we recommend that you book our private transfer.
If your flight arrives before 10 am, we will need to send an extra person to the airport to pick up your child at the gate. This also applies to the return trip if the flight departs later than 4 pm. For this service we charge € 60 extra, in addition to the normal transfer costs. These costs cover the service of receiving your child earlier/checking him in later and looking after him. This is not a private transfer, your child will travel with the other children in our regular shuttle.

We recommend that you book a flight within the time slots indicated so that your child does not have to wait too long at the airport. You can also book a private transfer here.

The shuttle from and to Munich Airport is only bookable at our two-week camps!

This is a private shuttle. Up to two children can share this taxi. This transfer is recommended if the landing time is later than 4 pm on the day of arrival, departure before noon on the day of departure, arrival or departure on other days or if you do not want your children to wait at the airport.
