Arrival & Departure
All Roads Lead to Camp!
Whether by car, train, plane, or shuttle – your child will travel safely and stress-free. We’ll make sure everything runs smoothly!
🚗 Arrival by Car
You’re welcome to drop off and pick up your child yourself. A detailed route description will be sent to you via email 6 weeks before camp starts – so nothing stands in the way of a relaxed arrival.
🚌 Shuttle Service
Since many of our adventure camps are located in more remote areas, we’re happy to provide shuttle services from nearby airports and train stations.
Shuttles operate only on Sundays (arrival) and Saturdays (departure) within set time slots.
Need a transfer outside the official time slots? No problem – you can book a private shuttle for an extra fee. Please contact us directly for individual arrangements.

Without international health insurance coverage, any medical costs must be paid by the participant. We recommend carrying a safety reserve of €500 in cash or a credit card.
Participants from outside the EU must provide proof of their own insurance before the trip begins.

Our safety net in case of homesickness, illness, or other last-minute changes. Need to cancel your trip? No worries! With our Cancellation Guarantee, you’ll receive a full refund of your camp fee – minus a deductible of €50 (Germany) or €100 (UK/Spain).

Live Like in a Little Village!
At our international holiday camp in Lower Saxony, you can choose between Tent Village and Adventure Lodges — depending on your sense of adventure!
Tent Village: Six- to seven-person tents with wooden floors and lofts offer a true outdoor experience under the stars.
Adventure Lodges: Cozy cabins with four to eight beds, shelves, and seating areas. (Please note: staying in the lodges comes with an additional cost.)
Our accommodations are separated by gender, so girls and boys sleep in separate tents or cabins. The groups are also divided by age:
Junior (7–12 years)
Senior (12–15 years)
Senior Plus (15–17 years)
Bathrooms are also gender-separated and always nearby.
And the best part? Our team leaders live right next door and are available for you around the clock!
Good to know:
For tents, you’ll need a sleeping bag and sleeping mat. For the solid accommodations, bring a fitted sheet along with your sleeping bag or bedding — which you can also rent if you want.

Experience our exclusive Leadership Camp, designed especially for our Senior Plus age group (15–17 years)! Over two weeks (Sun–Sat), you’ll dive into an intensive program with 8 sessions of 2.5 hours each focused on leadership. From self-reflection and team management to problem-solving, you’ll gain all the essential tools every future leader needs.
The highlight? A three-day leadership hike to the North Sea, where you’ll push your limits and tackle real challenges.
But that’s not all: in the afternoons, you can choose from a variety of exciting activities. Evenings are all about cozy campfires, talent shows, and fun group events – the perfect way to end an adventurous day.

Three meals a day — fresh, varied, and really delicious! Whether you need vegetarian, gluten-free, or lactose-free options (with prior notice), there’s something for everyone.
Start your mornings with a hearty breakfast buffet: fresh bread rolls, cold cuts, fruit, muesli, juices, and tea. For lunch and dinner, you’ll usually get warm dishes along with a colorful salad bar. Throughout the day, you can recharge with fresh fruit, an afternoon snack, and plenty of water — perfect fuel for all your adventures!
