For two weeks, you’ll meet teenagers from all over the world, gain powerful experiences in nature, and develop skills that will stay with you far beyond the camp – in a bilingual environment with plenty of activities in English.

At the Leadership Camp, it’s not about dry theory but about learning by living. You’ll face challenges, strengthen your resilience, build self-confidence, and discover how powerful you can be as part of a team – without constant distractions, but with real connection. Digital detox is a conscious part of the experience: phone time is limited to specific periods so there’s space for genuine connections.

The camp is exclusively for Senior Plus participants (ages 15–17) and runs for two weeks (Sunday–Saturday). You can expect a mix of workshops, outdoor challenges, evening programs, and a clear camp philosophy: “No drugs, no alcohol – just fun!”

You can choose between two locations – both with an international camp spirit, but each with a different setting and unique highlight.

Leadership in Northern Germany (Lüneburg Heath / Walsrode)

Leadership in Southern Germany (Bavarian Forest / Regen)

Two Weeks in the Leadership Course at Summer Camp – What to Expect

In Walsrode (Lüneburg Heath):

You arrive and immediately immerse yourself in real camp life. On the spacious grounds of the Camp Adventure Academy, you become part of a motivated group of aspiring leaders. From day one, you take on responsibility, work as a team, and grow into your role.

In the mornings, the program focuses on core leadership topics: communication, duty of care, understanding leadership roles, conflict resolution, program planning, and group dynamics. Everything is practical, reflective, and directly connected to real camp situations.

Afternoons become active: outdoor activities, team-building challenges, simulations, and your first leadership tasks. You’ll try new things, receive honest feedback, and learn how to make decisions. Evenings bring the group together around campfires, discussions, and reflection sessions – creating real camp spirit.

In Regen (Bavarian Forest):

The Regen location allows you to fully focus on your personal development. Surrounded by nature and far away from everyday distractions, you work intensively on your leadership style and your role as a counselor and team leader.

Mornings are dedicated to deepening leadership fundamentals and educational topics, while afternoons take you outdoors: cooperation challenges, outdoor training, group processes, and intensive reflection sessions. This is where trust, clarity, and meaningful growth emerge.

In the evenings, community takes center stage – conversations, feedback, and shared reflection. The leadership course in Regen is particularly intense, connecting, and lasting in its impact.
